МОРФОФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ ПЕЧЕНИ ПРИ ФАСЦИОЛЕЗЕ КРУПНОГО РОГАТОГО СКОТА

В статье приведены результаты исследования некоторых гистопатологических изменений печени естественно инвазированного фасциолезом крупного рогатого скота. Путем визуализации, пальпации и разреза ужены обнаружены морфофункциональные индуцированные изменения при патологических состояниях печени крупного рогатого скота, пораженного фасциолезем. Фасциолез – это паразитарное заболевание, вызываемое трематодами Fasciola hepatica и Fasciola gigantica, путем заражения печени и желчных протоков крупного рогатого скота и овец. Макроскопически некоторые из инфицированных печеней казались слегка увеличенными с бледным цветом по краям, в то время как некоторые были сильно увеличены, с небольшими неправильными беловатыми участками, указывающими на фиброз. В некоторых случаях капсула печени была уплотненной и шероховатой с беловатым или красноватым пятнами, а паренхима была твердой из-за волокнистой ткани. Был замечен фиброз желчных протоков с многочисленными мелкими и крупными пятнами, разбросанными по париетальной поверхности. Можно сделать вывод, что гистопатологические изменения в печени крупного рогатого скота, зараженного фациолезем, отражают повреждение тканей, что может привести к значительным потерям продуктивности животных. Выпас крупного рогатого скота должен быть строго ограничен районами, менее зараженными улитками, чтобы снизить уровень заражения животных и связанные с этим экономические потери.
