МАРКЕРНЫЕ ТАКСОНЫ СОЛОНЦОВЫХ ПОЧВ ЗАПАДНО-КАЗАХСТАНСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

В статье приведены исследования почвенных микроорганизмов, изменяющихся по составу в условиях сельскохозяйственного использования. Микробная биомасса является важным показателем качества почвы, которая функциониурет в качестве представителя трансформации и круговорота органических веществ и выступает источником питетальных веществ для растений и потенциальным источником феремнтов в почве. Почвы с различной степенью засоленности в мире занимают более 800млн га почвы, приурочены в засушливых регионах, характеризуемые высокой степенью засоленности, недостатком влаги и препятствием оптимальному земледелию. К тому же такие почвы до сих полностью не исследованы по распространению, таксономии и экологии микроорганизмов. В настоящее время приоритетными в обнаружении и изучении почвенных микроорганизмов являются молекулярно-биологические методы, которые позволяют исследовать качественный и количественный состав микроорганизмов, их свойства, без выделения в чистые культуры. Особое место среди них занимает метагеномный подход, который стал достижимым благодаря развитию современной технологии расшифровыванию нуклеотидной последовательности ДНК - высокопроизводительного секвенирования, позволяющий анализировать крупные объемы генетической информации. ДНК-маркеры имеют преимущества в тестировании различных последовательностей генома; поиск маркеров, равномерно распределенных по всему геному; длительность хранения образцов ДНК и не имеют ограничений и повторяющихся последовательностей маркеров на образец.
