The DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMERS FOR UNIVERSAL DETECTION OF THE NS1 GENE FROM VARIOUS SEROTYPES OF THE BLUTANG VIRUS

В статье приводится краткое описание ситуации по болезням Блутанга. Рассмотрены результаты разработки праймеров для индикации и идентификации возбудителя блутанга на основе полимеразной цепной реакции.
В этом исследовании были проанализированы сохранившиеся гены vp7 и NS1 BTV. В качестве найденного фрагмента была взята сохранившаяся область гена NS1 над 5'-концом, и на основе этой области были созданы уникальные праймеры. Результаты показали, что новые праймеры могут быть использованы в ПЦР для успешной и уникальной идентификации 14 различных случайно выбранных серотипов BTV. Специальная чувствительность ПЦР в предварительном тесте составила 105 копий/мкл BTV 4, и этот показатель следует улучшить путем оптимизации условий реакции. Повторение метода с новыми грунтовками прошло успешно. Результаты также показали, что имитационные паттерны могут быть успешно найдены. Более того, на завершение анализа ушло около 3 часов. В этом исследовании каждый эксперимент проводился в трех экземплярах с одинаковыми результатами.
Используя набор индивидуальных праймеров для ПЦР, он подходит для выявления гена NS1 различных серотипов BTV и может быть полезным инструментом для мониторинга BTV.
