В последние годы повсеместно отмечается возрастание ветеринарной и биомедицинской значимости дерматомикозной инфекции[1, 2, 3], в частности грибов рода Trichophyton[4, 5, 6]. Это связано с увеличением заболеваемости, а также их атипичными формами[7, 8], которые трудно дифференцировать с микозами другой этиологии и заболеваниями негрибкового происхождения[9,10,11, 12].
В связи с этим особое значение приобретает потребность в новых, более эффективных способах обнаружения дерматомицетов в биологических субстратах и методах их идентификации. Поэтому наиболее перспективными представляются технологии молекулярно-генетической диагностики, основанные на полимеразной цепной реакции, поскольку показано, что они сочетают в себе как высокую специфичность, так и высокую чувствительность и могут быть использованы для надежного видоспецифичного выявления некоторых возбудителей дерматомикозов[13, 14, 15].
