Аннотация

Засоление почвы является одним из основных абиотических факторов, ограничивающих урожайность хлопчатника (Gossypium hirsutum L.), особенно на стадии прорастания и появления всходов. В этом исследовании концентрация NaCl в 200 ммоль/л была определена как оптимальная для определения солеустойчивости. Все семь оцененных признаков оказались пригодными для оценки генетического разнообразия линий хлопчатника из казахстанской коллекции хлопка. На основе анализа фенотипических данных 56 линий хлопка были сгруппированы в пять различных кластеров: высокочувствительные, восприимчивые, умеренно толерантные, толерантные и высокотолерантные. Структура популяции и филогенетический анализ выявили четыре генетических кластера, соответствующих их предыстории гибридизации. Кроме того, была успешно выявлена связь между SSR-маркерами и признаками солеустойчивости, что позволило получить ценную информацию о генетической основе устойчивости хлопчатника к засолению.
