A necessary method of genetic improvement of beef cattle is the creation of new breeds and types by using highly productive bulls produced by domestic or imported breeds, characterized by their height, elongation of the body, high live weight and well-developed meat forms. The purpose of the study was to study the growth and development of young animals, domestic Kazakh white-headed, Simmental, Auliekolsky, Limousin meat breeds. Scientific and economic research was conducted on the farm of Tokmansai LLP, KH Kainar, Alginsky district, Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4 groups of animals were formed, Kazakh white-headed bulls - group I, (n=20) 1/2 Simmental x 1/2 Kazakh white-headed (f1) - group II, (n=20) 1/2 Limousin x 1/2 Kazakh white-headed (f1) -group III, (n=20) 1/2 Auliekol x 1/2 Kazakh bald eagle (f1) (n=20) aged 3, 8, 12, 15, 18 months.During the test of the bulls, a high live weight at the age of 15 months was revealed based on their own productivity.
The animals were raised using beef cattle breeding technology. The condition, feeding and maintenance of all test subjects were identical. Growth is understood as an increase in the mass and linear dimensions of the animal due to an increase in the number and size of cells and non-cellular formations.Growth is a normal physiological manifestation of the vital activity of an organism, which is based on such processes as cell proliferation, an increase in their volume and an increase in the number of intercellular formations. One of the ways to establish a link between the development of an organism and the productivity of animals is to study the growth and development of individuals of different breeds or crossbreeds.
